You can not use nodogsplash with radius (as far as I know). You are probably looking for coova-chilli (http://coova.org/CoovaChilli) or chillispot (http://www.chillispot.info/). The second one is no longer developed.
I’m sure there are much more solutions, but I was playing only with coova-chilli long time ago.

This is great! I have installed nodogsplash just in the past few days.
It works. But I can not find a tutorial on how to add authentication other than by hard-coding a username and password into the nodogsplash.conf.
How would I integrate with a radius server or something even simpler? Any ideas where to start?
